1) During the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic oil oscillates back and forth within a certain range without fully moving, which can cause severe wear on the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder, resulting in increased clearance and interconnection of the low-pressure oil chamber, leading to the occurrence of problems.
2) The sealing ring (at the end cap of the hydraulic cylinder) may be pressed too tightly or too loosely, which can easily cause hydraulic oil leakage.
3) It may be due to the twisting of the piston rod, which causes the piston rod to not move smoothly. The parts of Shanhe Intelligent Excavator should be machined from scratch to straighten the piston rod and put it into normal working condition!
4) It is possible that there are burrs or other foreign objects on the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder, which should be sorted out in a timely manner!
5) It is possible that there is air intervention in the hydraulic cylinder, causing it to malfunction during operation. Eliminate the air inside the hydraulic cylinder, and if the customer has the conditions, add an exhaust device to the hydraulic cylinder!
6) It is possible that the hydraulic oil did not meet the operational requirements! If the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the Sa'ao plunger pump accessories is too high during operation, causing a decrease in viscosity and resulting in hydraulic oil leakage. So in the operation of hydraulic cylinders, it is necessary to cool the hydraulic oil in a timely manner and maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil!
7) It is possible that there is a coaxial difference between the piston and piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. If found, it should have been corrected and replaced in a timely manner if damaged.
8) The nuts on both ends of the piston rod of the dual output piston cylinder are too tight, causing poor concentricity. The nuts should be slightly loosened to keep the piston in its natural state.
