1. Handling of fuel

2. Handling of other oils
Other oils include engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc; Different trademarks and grades of oil cannot be mixed; Different types of excavator oil have different chemical or physical additives added during the production process; Ensure that the oil is clean and avoid impurities (water, dust, particles, etc.) from entering; Select the oil grade based on the ambient temperature and usage. When the ambient temperature is high, high viscosity engine oil should be selected, and when the ambient temperature is low, low viscosity engine oil should be selected; The viscosity of gear oil is relatively high to accommodate larger transmission loads, while the viscosity of hydraulic oil is relatively low to reduce fluid resistance. 3. Lubricating oil processing
Choosing lubricating oil (butter) can reduce wear on moving surfaces and avoid noise. When storing lubricating grease, dust, sand, water, and other impurities must not be mixed in; Recommend using lithium based grease G2-L1, which has good anti-wear performance and is suitable for heavy-duty working conditions; When adding, try to squeeze out all the old oil and wipe it clean to avoid sand adhesion.
4. Maintenance of filter element
The filter element plays a role in filtering impurities in the oil or air circuit, preventing them from entering the system and causing problems; Various filter elements should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance manual; When replacing the filter element, check if there is any metal attached to the old filter element. If metal particles are found, promptly diagnose and adopt improvement measures; Use pure filter cartridges that comply with machine rules.
