1. Installation and use of hydraulic pump:

1) Ensure the strength of the hydraulic oil pump support frame.

2) Ensure that the angle between the output shaft of the hydraulic oil pump and the universal joint is less than 6 degrees.

3) The angle of connection between the coupling and the universal joint should be as small as possible.

4) A limit switch must be added to the hydraulic oil pump control lever to prevent damage to the actual operating mechanism.

5) Manually inspect the pump's operating lever to check if the actual operating mechanism is damaged.

6) During spraying, it is necessary to maintain the hydraulic oil pump shaft seal and avoid spraying onto the paint, as this will cause damage to the oil seal and result in oil leakage.

Special reminder from Chuanna Hydraulic: Ensure that the rotation direction of the hydraulic pump matches the direction of the engine's driving force output port, otherwise it may damage the hydraulic pump.

2. Assembly of hydraulic motor:

1) Under no circumstances should the plastic plug on the oil port side provided by the hydraulic motor be removed before assembling the plastic hose. This will help prevent external objects from inadvertently entering the motor.

2) During assembly, the dismantled plastic plugs must be maintained, and the mating area must be clean, tidy, and free of burrs.

3) Install the O-ring (provided with the reducer) onto the O-ring seat of the hydraulic motor, carefully install the hydraulic motor onto the reducer, and avoid damaging the installed hydraulic seals. Tighten the two M12 hexagon bolts with a torque of 8.8, using a wrench tool with a torque of 85N.M.

4) Use the appropriate torque to tighten the bolt and nut according to the bolt and nut hole numbers provided on the hydraulic motor flange plate.
