Let's discuss the principle of the electromagnet with Kunshan solenoid valve manufacturers.
After the electromagnetic induction coil of an AC electromagnet is plugged into a power source, the iron core and the armature are magnetized, becoming two magnets with opposite polarities, generating an electromagnetic induction attraction force between them. When the attraction force exceeds the reaction force of the spring, the armature gradually moves towards the iron core. When the current in the coil drops below a certain value or the power supply system is interrupted, the electromagnetic induction attraction force of the brass solenoid valve is lower than the reaction force of the spring, and the armature will return to its original released position under the effect of the reaction force. An AC electromagnet is a household appliance that utilizes the electromagnetic induction attraction force caused by a current-carrying iron core to control mechanical equipment and maintain it in a predetermined position. It is a two-way solenoid valve electromagnetic induction component that converts electromagnetic energy into mechanical kinetic energy.
Common issues related to communication electromagnets:
(1) When a soft iron rod is inserted into the interior of a spiral coil and the coil is energized, the electromagnetic field inside the coil magnetizes the soft iron rod into a temporary magnet. However, when the current is disconnected, the magnetic properties of both the coil and the soft iron rod disappear.
(2) The electromagnetic field transformed by the magnetized soft iron rod, combined with the original electromagnetic field within the coil, significantly enhances the overall magnetization strength, thus making the magnetism of the electromagnet stronger than that of pure natural magnetite.
(3) The larger the current in the spiral coil and the more coil turns, the stronger the electromagnetic field.
