Internal leakage in the oil pump, and aging of the sealing ring;
Troubleshooting method: Replace the sealing ring
Failure cause: Wear or scratch on the end face of the oil pump or the end faces of the driving and driven gear shaft sleeves, with the unevenness of the end faces of the two shaft sleeves exceeding the tolerance
Troubleshooting: Replace the worn gear oil pump or oil pump shaft sleeve. If the wear is minor, grind the end face on the flat plate to make it flat. The allowable deviation for its unevenness is 0.03mm; if the end face of the upper shaft sleeve is lower than the pump body, and the upper plane (normal value is lower than 2.5~2.6mm), add a 0.1~0.2mm copper sheet to compensate for the lower shaft sleeve if it exceeds the tolerance. During installation, fit the rear shaft sleeve and install it.
Failure cause: Internal leakage caused by incorrect assembly of internal parts in the oil pump
Troubleshooting: The unloading plate and sealing ring must be installed into the oil chamber for the two shaft sleeves to maintain balance. The elastic force of the guide wire should simultaneously twist the upper and lower shaft sleeves by a slight angle in the direction of the driven gear rotation, ensuring that the machined surfaces of the driving and driven gear shaft sleeves are tightly fitted. The unloading groove on the shaft sleeve must be installed on the side of the low-pressure chamber to eliminate the harmful dead volume caused by gear meshing. Before pressing in the self-tightening oil seal, apply a layer of lubricating oil on its surface, and ensure that the oil-blocking edge faces the front cover and is not installed backwards. Before installing the pump cover, pour a small amount of hydraulic oil into the pump housing and rotate the meshing gear by hand
Cause of failure: The hydraulic oil is too dirty
Troubleshooting: Clean the system and replace the hydraulic oil.
Failure reason: The pump filter is blocked by dirt and cannot perform oil filtering function
Troubleshooting method: Remove the dirt from the filter with clean cleaning oil.
Failure reason: Insufficient oil level, too high oil suction position, and the oil suction pipe protruding above the oil surface
Troubleshooting method: Fill the oil to the oil level indicator and lower the oil suction position.
