Six points to note in the processing of hydraulic accessories
Issues to be aware of in the skilled machining of CNC lathe turning: The skills required for CNC lathe machining are similar to those for general lathe machining. However, since CNC lathes use one-time setup and hydraulic components to automatically complete all turning processes in succession, the following aspects should be noted.
1. Reasonably select the cutting parameters.
2. Reasonably select cutting tools:
(1) When performing rough turning, it is necessary to choose a tool with high strength and good durability to meet the requirements of large depth of cut and large feed rate during rough turning.
(2) When performing precision turning, it is necessary to select tools with high accuracy and good durability to ensure the required machining accuracy.
(3) To minimize tool change times and facilitate tool setting, it is advisable to use clamped tools and clamped inserts as much as possible.
3. Reasonably select fixtures:
(1) Try to use general-purpose fixtures to clamp workpieces, and avoid using specialized fixtures for hydraulic motor components;
(2) The positioning benchmarks of the parts should coincide to reduce positioning errors.
4. Determine the machining path: The machining path refers to the trajectory and direction of the tool relative to the part during the machining process of a CNC machine tool.
(1) It should be able to ensure the machining accuracy and surface roughness requirements;

The relationship between processing route and machining allowance: Currently, for rotary drilling rig components, under the condition that CNC lathes have not yet been widely used, the excessive allowance on the blank, especially the allowance rich in forged and cast hard skin layers, should generally be processed on general lathes. If it is necessary to use a CNC lathe for processing, attention should be paid to the flexible organization of the program.
6. Key points of the fixture device: Currently, the connection between the hydraulic chuck and the hydraulic clamping cylinder is achieved through a pull rod, as shown in Figure 1. The key points of clamping with the hydraulic chuck are as follows: First, use a wrench to remove the nut on the hydraulic cylinder, unscrew the lower pipe of the excavator accessory, and extract it from the rear end of the main shaft. Then, use a wrench to remove the chuck's fixing screw, and the chuck can be removed.
