1. Repair of engine cylinder head deformation

The cylinder head of the loader engine undergoes warping and deformation due to long-term operation under high temperature, high pressure, thermal load, and alternating load. The cylinder gasket is washed away from the water channel, resulting in a decrease in combustion chamber pressure, insufficient engine flexibility, and water leakage from the radiator inlet.

The adopted correction method is to use a flat milling method to process the cylinder head surface, as there is no concave shape on the hood of the machine, and there is no need to adjust the incineration volume accordingly (the change in incineration volume should generally not exceed 4% of the original volume); A purple copper gasket (with a thickness 1.2 times that of the water channel groove) was installed at the water channel mouth of the cylinder head and cylinder block joint surface, replacing the rubber sealing ring on the cylinder gasket. Then, the cylinder gasket was installed, and the cylinder head bolts were strengthened by first cold tightening and then hot tightening. The engine corrected by this method no longer has the problem of over flushing the cylinder gasket.

2. Emergency repair of dry thin-walled cylinder liner

Due to long-term outdoor operations, the cooling water used by the loader engine contains a high amount of mineral resources. In addition, the neglect of the protection of the cooling system filter has caused cavitation in the engine crankcase at cylinder II, which has also caused cavitation in the thin-walled cylinder liner, resulting in a large and small hole of Φ 2mm, causing water to enter the crankcase oil pan. Rotate the original cylinder liner 180 degrees and use AB glue to block the corroded area in the crankcase body. Then assemble the engine from scratch and run it again to indicate that the operation is normal. Later on, the management and repair staff attached great importance to the maintenance of the cooling water filter during homework.
