The walking motor widely uses high-speed motors with planetary reducers or cycloidal pinwheel reducers, while the control of the hydraulic motor circuit has its own characteristics.
The motor is equipped with a high-pressure automatic variable device. When the high-speed gear is engaged, the circuit is connected to the manual transmission oil port to supply oil, pushing the transmission valve to move left and reducing the motor's displacement; Assuming that the resistance of the trek increases and the oil pressure rises to the set value, the oil pushes the transmission valve to the right, and the motor automatically shifts to a high displacement low-speed gear to increase torque. Therefore, this motor can automatically change gears according to changes in walking resistance.
In addition, the control of the motor is mainly completed by the motor control valve. Below, we will analyze its operating principle in conjunction with the structural schematic diagram.
Assuming that A port is filled with oil, the motor rotates, and the motor control valve operates as follows: LiuGong excavator parts
(1) Open the one-way valve and hydraulic oil enters the right chamber of the motor.
(2) Hydraulic oil enters the balance valve through the saving hole and moves it to the left, connecting the brake oil circuit and releasing the brake. This action also connects the return oil circuit of motor B port.
(3) Hydraulic oil enters the buffer piston chamber through the middle saving hole of the safety valve, pushing the buffer piston to the left. Assuming that the system pressure exceeds the set pressure of this safety valve (10.2 MPa) at this moment, the safety valve will instantly open, providing a buffering effect.
(4) If the motor overspeeds (such as when going downhill) and the pump cannot supply oil in time, the pressure at port A will decrease, and the balance valve will move to the right under the action of the spring force, reducing the return passage of the motor and then restricting the speed of the motor.
