There are many details worth paying attention to in the replacement process and after replacement in order to be considered successful. (1) Pay attention to the displayed values of the meter class
Investigate the pressure gauge readings, pressure switch codes, and other oscillation phenomena and stability of the hydraulic circuit at any time to detect whether the hydraulic circuit effect is normal as soon as possible
(2) Investigate changes in oil temperature
Pay attention to the changes in the highest and lowest oil temperatures, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external environmental temperature. Only in this way can we know whether the capacity of the cooler and the oil storage tank are compatible with the surrounding conditions and operating conditions, and whether there are any problems with the cooling system can be traced.
(3) Do not apply load immediately after starting the hydraulic pump
After starting, the hydraulic pump must perform a period of no-load idling (about 10 to 30 minutes), especially when the temperature is very low, it must go through a warming process to ensure that the hydraulic circuit circulates normally before adding load and acknowledging the working condition.
(4) Always pay attention to the discovery of abnormal phenomena
Abnormal sounds, oscillations, or abnormal signals in the monitoring system must have their causes. As soon as an abnormal phenomenon is discovered, immediately find the circuit diagram, follow the diagram, and carefully investigate whether the abnormal phenomenon is caused by a momentary fault. Does the evaluation require parking treatment. The reasons for possible abnormal phenomena include pressure, load, temperature, timing, starting, and stopping. Usually, it is necessary to analyze and discuss each item one by one.
(5) Pay attention to investigating the movement of machinery (regarding pump modification)
Improper planning of hydraulic circuits or poor component manufacturing may not be easily detected during the initial application stage, so special attention should be paid to the actions that may occur under various application conditions.
(6) Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump
The new hydraulic pump has less initial wear and is easily affected by bubbles and dust. Poor sliding at high temperatures or overloaded operating conditions can cause adverse consequences, leading to abnormal effects on the hydraulic pump.
(7) Regularly check for changes in hydraulic oil
Check and analyze the changes in hydraulic oil degradation, discoloration, and pollution levels every one to two months to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic transmission.
(8) Pay attention to the adjustments inside each valve
Fully understand the application of pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment range and limits, otherwise adjustment errors not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.
(9) Check the condition of the filter
The filters in the circuit should be regularly removed and sorted out, and the condition of the filter screen and the dirt adsorbed on the net should be checked. The quality, quantity, and size should be analyzed to investigate the degree of pollution in the circuit. Based on this, Liugong excavator parts can even infer the source and location of pollution.
(10) Pay attention to leaks in the piping section
The quality of hydraulic equipment piping can be determined after a period of operation, by checking for oil leaks and loose piping.
(11) Pay attention to the work situation during the three months of using the new machine
During the operation of a new machine, it is necessary to monitor the working conditions, such as the maintenance of the components, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, and whether the operating conditions comply with regulations.
