10. When welding the machine, it is forbidden to do so without isolating the hydraulic oil and fuel pipelines.
11. To prevent fires caused by hydraulic pipelines, check whether all hose and pipe clamps, shields, and buffers are firmly fixed in place. If they are loose, it will cause a sensation during operation and friction with other domestic excavator accessories. Causing damage to the hose, high-pressure oil spraying out, resulting in fire damage or serious injury.
12. The battery should be kept away from sources of fire to prevent high temperatures, otherwise it may cause explosions.

III. The solution to the difficulty of starting in cold weather
There are many reasons why the excavator cannot start in winter. To eliminate the cause of machine problems, there are several common problems with domestic excavator accessories:
1. The battery is running low. 2. The speed is not high. 3. The cooling water is frozen
To address these issues, let's start with the principle of the battery in domestic excavator accessories. Simply put, the sulfate ions and water molecules in the battery generate electrical energy through collision. In winter, the temperature is low, and the gap between sulfate ions and water molecules is large, resulting in a slower movement speed, which is manifested as a lack of battery power. So the maintenance of batteries in winter is also extremely important. Sometimes it can be found that even if the main power switch is turned off before leaving work, the battery still lacks power the next day. The safest way is to remove the battery after work and store it in a cool, dry place. Xiao Hei often encountered such problems before, so he would remove the battery and place it in the cab before leaving work every day. However, we all know that this is not safe, so we do not advocate doing so.
If the speed is not high, it is mainly due to insufficient preheating
Domestic excavator parts manufacturers have found that there are generally two methods of preheating: air preheating and incineration chamber electric plug heating preheating. Ordinary engines use air preheating, but we can find that previous models of excavators did not have preheating function and often needed to spray engine fluid to help preheat. However, many new machines now have this function, usually at the engine switch in the cab. Before starting the excavator, it is generally preheated for 5-10 minutes before starting the excavator.

Freezing the cooling water is a better solution, and draining the water before freezing can prevent this problem. In winter, we are used to adding antifreeze to the excavator, but we should be careful not to mix it with water, otherwise the effect will be greatly reduced. In some places in the south, the temperature is not low and there are only a few days of rain and snow. Therefore, before the rain and snow come, it is only necessary to discharge the cooling water. Domestic excavator parts manufacturers remind us to work at idle speed before turning off the engine. When the temperature of the cooling water drops below 60 ℃ and the water is not hot to the hands, turn off the engine and drain the water. Use a bucket to fill the discharged water and place it in the cab. It can also be added the next day. This may seem like it, but in reality, it can damage the engine at a light level or burn the machine at a heavy level.
2. Release water too early or do not release cooling water
If not handled properly at this time, there may be a phenomenon of engine body expansion or sudden contraction leading to cracks.
3. Choose fuel randomly
The low temperature in winter reduces the fluidity and viscosity of diesel, making it difficult to spray and resulting in poor atomization. Therefore, diesel models should be selected according to 7-10 ℃ lower than the local seasonal minimum temperature at that time.
