It is necessary to check the engine oil, water, and hydraulic oil every day, check the grease, check the air filter once a week, check it every two days if there is a lot of dust, replace the engine oil every two months, and replace the hydraulic oil every one or two years. It also depends on the workload of your excavator. Normally, it takes two years, and if you run two shifts, it takes one year to replace.

Pay attention to waterproofing, avoid working in deep water, and do not rinse electrical equipment directly with water when cleaning. Do not pile up debris inside the battery compartment, especially metal tools, as it may cause a fire. Do not use iron or copper wire as a substitute for safety, and do not use non-standard safety as a substitute. When the excavator is parked for a long time, the battery cable should be disconnected to avoid power supply.

Check the pin bolts for looseness, falling off, or missing every day, and tighten them in a timely manner. Check the structure for cracks and deformations every day. When parking accessories for Shengang excavators, pay attention to the surrounding environment and park on solid, stable, and hard ground. Do not park on riverbanks, cliffs, or slopes to avoid accidents. When parking, the bucket cylinder should be completely retracted and the bucket should land to prevent the cylinder from being hit.
