18,745 excavators were sold in February, an increase of 68% year-on-year!

Kobelco excavator parts are calculated based on the industry calculation data of the Excavation Machinery Branch of the my country Construction Machinery Industry Association. From January to February 2019, the 25 mainframe manufacturing companies included in the calculation have calculated and sold 30,501 units of various excavation machinery products, a year-on-year increase of 39.9%. Domestic shopping mall sales (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) were 27,400 units, a year-on-year increase of 42.2%. Export sales were 3073 units, a year-on-year increase of 21.8%.

In January 2019, 11,756 units of various excavation machinery products were sold, a year-on-year increase of 10.0%. The sales volume of domestic shopping malls (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) was 10,134 units, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%. The export sales volume was 1,614 units, a year-on-year increase of 42.0%.

In February 2019, 18,745 sets of various excavation machinery products were sold, a year-on-year increase of 68.7%. The sales volume of domestic shopping malls (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) is 17,266 units, a year-on-year increase of 77.6%. Export sales were 1,459 units, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%.

A total of 6,182 loaders were sold in February, an increase of 9.09% year-on-year

According to calculations by the my country Construction Machinery Industry Association, the 22 loader manufacturers included in the calculation in February 2019 sold 6182 loaders of various types, an increase of 9.09% year-on-year.

Among them: 5,772 loaders of 3 tons and above were sold, an increase of 11.7% year-on-year. The total sales volume was 4,847 units sold in domestic shopping malls, a year-on-year increase of 17.6%; export sales volume was 1,335 units, a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%.

The cumulative total sales volume from January to February was 13,422 units, a year-on-year decrease of 8.71%; cumulative domestic sales were 10,442 units, a year-on-year decrease of 6.18%; cumulative exports were 2,980 units, a year-on-year decrease of 16.6%.

Bulldozer sales in February fell to 419 units year-on-year

In February 2019, the nine major bulldozer manufacturing companies included in the calculation calculated the sale of 419 bulldozers, a year-on-year decrease of 2.6%; calculated exports of 164 bulldozers, accounting for 39.1% of total sales, and exports increased by 6.5% year-on-year.

In recent months, the monthly sales volume of bulldozers has been relatively sharp year-on-year, and the industry outlook is unpredictable.

From the perspective of brand competition, Shantui sold 233 bulldozers in February, accounting for 55.6%; Liugong sold more than 60 units, accounting for 14.8%; Xuangong sold nearly 40 units and Shangong Machinery sold 30 units.

Shantui exported nearly 100 bulldozers in February, accounting for 59.8% of the total export; Liugong, Pengpu and Xuangong all exported more than ten.

Since 2019, 160 horsepower bulldozers have sold the most, with 353 units accounting for 45.0% of the total sales; followed by 220 horsepower, with 156 sales accounting for 19.9%; followed by 230 horsepower and 320 horsepower, each selling more than 60 units. More than 70 units are exported for 220 horsepower and 160 horsepower; more than 60 units are exported for 230 horsepower.

Looking at the regional sales of Kobelco excavator parts in the early two months, Anhui Province was far ahead with 43 units, while Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Hubei each sold more than 30 units.

Sales of 278 motor graders in February, down 24.25% year-on-year

In February 2019, the 10 domestic motor grader manufacturing companies included in the calculation calculated the sale of 278 motor graders, a year-on-year decrease of 24.25%. Due to the New Year, Kobelco excavator parts sales have slightly decreased compared with the 286 units in January, but compared with other years, they are still at a relatively high level. In terms of horsepower, the 180-horsepower model sold ahead in February, with 54 units sold, accounting for 19.4% of the market. Sales of 165-horsepower models and 190-horsepower models were followed by 45 units and 40 units, accounting for 16.2% and 14.4%. Generally speaking, the models with a horsepower range of 180 horsepower≤A＜200 horsepower in February are favored by consumers.
