1. Remove the supporting wheel from the X frame support, open the outer end cover, and separate the rotating wheel body from the internal stator;

2. Remove the floating oil seal, clean the corresponding positions of the floating oil seal on the wheel body and stator, and be careful not to leave any oil stains;

3. Install a new floating oil seal, replenish the grease, and reassemble the wheel body and stator, then install the end cap;

4. Install the repaired sprocket back into the frame and run it by air for about 5 minutes to confirm that there is no further oil leakage.

Reason for the malfunction

After the specific disassembly process, the cause of the problem is also very clear, which is due to the damage of the floating oil seal inside the drag chain wheel.
