Cleaning method for multi way valve of Liugong excavator accessories

Disassembling and cleaning is a process for repairing the multi way valve of imported excavator accessories. For hydraulic valve problems caused by oil pollution leading to oil accumulation or granular impurities in hydraulic oil, disassembly and cleaning can generally eliminate the problem and restore the function of the multi way valve.

Common cleaning techniques include

(1) Open it. Although the various parts of the multi way valve are mostly bolted together, the design of the hydraulic valve is aimed at non disassembly. Without specialized equipment or professional skills, forcibly disassembling may cause damage to the hydraulic valve. Therefore, before disassembling, it is necessary to grasp the structure of the hydraulic valve and the connection method between the parts, and record the directional relationship between each part when disassembling.

(2) View and organize. Check the accumulation of dust and dirt on valve bodies, valve cores, and other parts, and use cotton yarn, brushes, and non-metallic scrapers to remove the accumulated dust and dirt without damaging the working surface.

(3) Rough washing. Place the valve body, valve core and other parts on the tray of the cleaning box, heat and soak them, and introduce compressed air into the bottom of the cleaning tank. Through the stirring effect of bubbles, residual dirt can be cleaned. If conditions permit, ultrasonic cleaning can be used.

(4) Clean thoroughly. Clean with high-pressure cleaning solution and then dry with hot air. Conditional enterprises can use existing cleaning agents, and in some cases, organic cleaning agents such as diesel and gasoline can also be used.

(5) Installation. According to the installation and disassembly records of the hydraulic valve, be careful not to damage the parts during installation. The original sealing material is prone to damage during disassembly and should be replaced during installation.

Pay attention to the following issues when cleaning

1. For dust and dirt that have accumulated for a long time and are firmly adhered, do not scratch the surface during cleaning.

2. Pay attention to safety when heating. Some inorganic cleaning solutions are toxic and can cause poisoning when heated and evaporated, so they should be used with caution; Organic cleaning solution is flammable, pay attention to fire prevention.

3. When choosing a cleaning solution, pay attention to its corrosiveness to prevent corrosion of the valve body.

4. The cleaned parts should be carefully stored to prevent rusting or re contamination.

5. The installed hydraulic valve must pass the test before it can be put into use.
