Maintenance and application skills of walking reducer
When used properly, the walking reducer can greatly improve its service life, maintain it properly, and ensure the safety of its use. Below, the imported excavator parts editor will introduce some tips for using reducers:
1. After 200-300 hours of continuous operation, the first oil change should be carried out, and the quality of the oil should be checked regularly during future operations. It is necessary to replace the oil in a timely manner if impurities or degradation occur. In general, for gearboxes that have been working continuously for a long time, the standard is to replace the oil with new oil after 5000 hours of operation or once a year. For gearboxes that have been out of service for a long time, new oil should be replaced before starting from scratch. The reducer should be filled with the same oil as the original trademark, and it is best not to mix it with different brands of oil. However, oils with the same trademark but different viscosity are allowed to be mixed and used;
2. When changing the oil, wait for the gearbox to cool down without any risk of burning, but still maintain a warm temperature. This is because when the oil temperature is completely cooled, the viscosity of the oil increases, making it difficult to drain the oil. But it is important to note that the power supply of the transmission device should be blocked to avoid accidental power on;
3. When the oil temperature rises above 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise is generated during the operation, the use should be stopped, the cause should be checked, and it is necessary to eliminate the fault and replace the lubricating oil before continuing the operation;
4. Users should have reasonable usage and maintenance rules and regulations, and specialized machine management personnel should carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found during inspection, and strictly comply with the above requirements.
